We have arrangements by which a physician will be available at all times for emergencies. Many Insurance Companies have restrictive policies and require contact with your primary care physician (commonly referred to as your PCP in insurance lingo) before using emergency rooms or urgent care centers.

Our number during the day is (937) 885-0701. After hours, please call the same number. You will be given a menu of options. Please listen carefully and choose the correct number. You will be able to reach your physician and/or the physician on call. Throughout the week, you will generally be able to contact your physician (unless s/he is on vacation, etc.) but regardless of the day or time, you will be able to reach the physician on call.
