Communications

When calling our office, please identify yourself (you'd be surprised at how many people don't) and your reason for calling. If the staff is unable to answer your questions, they will consult a doctor and return your call. The physicians will return calls - usually at the end of the morning or afternoon office hours.

Please refer to our CONTACTS page for how to reach us via e-mail for non-emergency questions and appointments. You can also e-mail us with billing questions.

Patient satisfaction can best be achieved by increased communication with your health care provider. We will continue to strive to improve this and we hope you will let us know what is most helpful to you.
